We are unable to offer refunds on perishable (food) items. If your goods arrive damaged, then please send photographs to us via email at info@victoriascheese.co.uk within 24hours of receipt. 

​

Goods are sent on 24 hour overnight carrier with chill pack.  If no one is available to sign for the goods they will be left in a safe place by our appointed courier.
